Spa Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment(s). Full charge will be applicable to no show appointments or cancellations within 2 hours of appointment. Rescheduling any appointment within 24 hours will be considered as cancellation and will be charged according to our policy.
ONLINE BOOKING

Once we receive online booking, we call customers to confirm right time & right service they wanted to book. Online bookings are not confirmed & guaranteed unless we have confirmed through a call or text. New clients coming for the first time, please be ready with your credit card information for our cancellation policy.
BOOKING MASSAGES

Massages are performed by our spa therapists as well as Registered massage therapists (RMT). Clients must indicate whether they would like to claim their massage with any insurance so we can book them under RMT accordingly.
When you book your massage services, let us know if you have a preference for a male or female therapist or if you are pregnant to avoid any misunderstanding later on. Massages are booked with therapist based on their availability. Clients must mention their concerns and preference when booking. As a friendly reminder, spa will not be responsible for any preferences or concerns that were not provided to us at the time of booking.
GROUP BOOKINGS

Group bookings must inform us of any changes two days before the booking, and we will have to know 48 hours beforehand if cancelling the group booking.
PROMOTION AND DISCOUNTS

Our discounts and promotions cannot be stacked or combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion's advertising. Customers who have discount vouchers or other discounts must choose which one to apply, as only one discount can be used per day.
CREDIT CARDS

In order to secure appointments and to uphold our cancellation policy we require credit card information from all customers.
GIFT CARDS / E-CARDS

Merchant is not responsible for lost, misdirected, misplaced or stolen card. Not Redeemable for cash and is also not refundable. Must be presented at time of service. Gift cards are only redeemable AT OUR NIAGARA FALLS LOCATION.
RETURN POLICY

Products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase date and 30 days for online. Products that have been opened or used will not be refunded or exchanged. If you are indecisive of any product(s) you may request a sample (if available). Limited samples per person.
PARKING

Parking is available in the garage of the casino resort. You are eligible for free parking if you spend a minimum of $100 before tax at the spa. You can take the receipt to the Momentum desk in the casino to add free parking to your Momentum card.

LOCKER SECURITY

All customers are strongly advised to securely lock their lockers to safeguard personal belongings. Please note that Damara Day Spa is not responsible for the loss or theft of any items left in lockers. We strongly advise you to lock your locker at all times and not store valuables on the premises. Your cooperation is essential in maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
