Do I need to fill out any forms before my appointment?
Yes. Upon booking, you’ll receive a confidential health history and consent form via email. These forms must be completed before your appointment to ensure we can provide safe and effective care tailored to your needs.
Why is it mandatory to fill out the spa health form?
In compliance with Ontario Regulation 136/18, businesses are required to collect client's name and contact information prior to providing any services. If the form is not filled out, service cannot be provided. This information remains confidential and will only be used in the unlikely event of exposure to blood or bodily fluids through contaminated equipment. Such measures enable a prompt and effective response by Niagara Region Public Health and Emergency Services, ensuring your safety by facilitating timely medical advice if necessary, from a health care provider.
At what age can children start receiving spa treatments?
We welcome children between the ages of 4 and 10 years old for our specially designed kids’ spa services. All treatments are age-appropriate and modified for children's needs and attention spans.
What products do you use for children's treatments?
We use only gentle, organic products specifically formulated to be safe for children's sensitive skin. All products are free from harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances, and potential irritants.
Can siblings receive treatments together?
Yes, siblings can often receive treatments side-by-side, depending on the service and availability. Please mention this request when booking so we can arrange appropriate accommodations.
